Nankang District "I do practical things for the masses" project list of results

1. Matters: Present furniture product standard text to furniture enterprises, and publicize and explain the standard content on site, so as to promote the standardization level of enterprises.



Progress: Combined with provincial supervision and spot check, more than 600 standard books have been presented to more than 200 enterprises.



2. The items: Held standard publicity and implementation training courses for furniture enterprises. It mainly propagates and implements GB/T 3324-2017 "General Technical Conditions for Wood Furniture", GB 28007-2011 "General Technical Conditions for Children's Furniture", QB/T1952.1-2012 "Upholstery Sofa", QB/T1952.2-2011 "Upholstery Spring Soft Mattress" and other standards.



Progress: On May 13, this year, we held a training class on standard publicity and implementation, and publicized the century-old Party history to furniture enterprises, which was praised by all.



3. Matters: In view of the unqualified items such as carpentry requirements, impact resistance and formaldehyde release in the supervision and spot check, I took the initiative to carry out cause analysis and investigation in related enterprises, and help them improve raw materials and production process to improve product quality.



Progress: made visit plan, visited all unqualified enterprises before the end of May this year, and guided the explanation of unqualified items in furniture enterprises.



4. Matters: To shorten the testing cycle for enterprises participating in Nankang Home Expo and Furniture Exhibition. The samples will be transferred on the same day after delivery and testing will be arranged immediately. After the report is issued, the enterprises will be notified to get the report as soon as possible to ensure the smooth exhibition.



Progress: We have given priority to test products for exhibitors of Nankang Fair, and issue reports in time.



5. Matters: Provide quality acceptance services for furniture procurement in Nankang primary and secondary schools.



Progress: A service mechanism of furniture purchasing quality acceptance has been established, which can be provided at any time according to the needs of the school and is valid for 2 years.



6. Matters: To carry out special action activities for standard improvement of Nankang furniture industry



Achievement progress: 110 furniture enterprises have reached the standard.



7. Matters: In order to strengthen the quality supervision of Nankang furniture products and better polish the golden sign of "Nankang furniture" collective trademark, the center and the Furniture Industry Promotion Bureau of Nankang District jointly carried out the "Nankang furniture" collective trademark use enterprise product quality sampling inspection service activities



Progress: A total of 173 batches of products from 173 enterprises have been sampled. After inspection, 141 batches of products from 141 enterprises are qualified, with a qualified rate of 81.5%; 32 batches of products from 32 enterprises are unqualified, with a nonconformity discovery rate of 18.5%.
